Forging ahead

Completed window in mud room.  Attic hatch at top of picture.  Very muddy for Jan. 2 but not complaining.  Still don't have a driveway snow clearing plan.  Sides are drywall and sill is 3/4" Maple plywood protruding 1" with door jam (thanks for the idea Andrew) under sill.
