Sub Slab HDPE dimpled membrane completed

Rocks from class A gravel are making dents but do not appear to be piercing membrane.  Taped all seams and around sub slab plumbing with Delta multiband tape (~$40.00 / roll 25m long by 60mm wide so pretty expensive).  Vacuumed all water off (had to buy a shop vac. but should come in handy.  It has a 2nd pump to pump out the water at the same time you suck it up through a garden hose) to finish but is
supposed to rain again tomorrow.  Not sure if this will be an issue.  Once I put down the 6" EPS type 2 insulation I will not be able to vacuum up the water and it has no where to go (i.e., it will sit on the membrane).  I assume it will evaporate eventually?  Not sure if it will eventually be soaked up by the EPS insulation as EPS is classified as moisture resistant.  Here is a link to a data sheet on it.  EPS type 2 insulation spec sheet.   It sounds like you are saving the world if you use this stuff (of course they are selling it so a take it with a grain of slat as usual).  Still concerned about wind catching the membrane and or the insulation and sending it to New Brunswick.
